That's really interesting. I suffer with depression and was once told to walk with my head held high as it 's supposed to have a positive impact on the condition. The problem is on those 'dark' days it takes too much effort to walk like that.

and I was told to try frowning when looking up and smiling when looking down - hmmm, so keeping chin up really helps the smile come

My posture isn't good. I have lost 3" in height, and big boobs make me want to stoop. I have my dvd exercises which I need to push myself to do.
