Anyone had V.A.T.S. tests done ?

Hi All , when i got my M.O.T. Fail note from hospital , they have mentioned i may need these tests doing , bit unsure what to expect as it mentions surgery !!

Hi, There's nothing to worry about. You'll simply go to sleep under general anaesthetic and wake up with it all finished. You may have a little discomfort from the surgery and drain tube but you'll have you're own morphine administer to use and and when needed. I went home after about three days. Good luck and treat it as a holiday.

Did you say you were going back to work tomorrow Mike. You're not still going are you? Don't you think it's a bit soon? You've only been out of hospital a few days and sounds as if you were quite ill. If you don't feel really well, don't push yourself. You don't want to end up back in again.

i had vats surgery and i was off work for 2 months and found it a very apinful procedure and recovery but good for u if ur goin back to work.x
