I joined recently, a pc learner I felt shy about introducing myself. There was intense dialogue on here at the time so I left things, also my hubby had a stroke that same week.

Also want to thank BLF for all they do for us - I've had bronchiectasis all my life, half lung removed when 23. A lot of extreme illness & clueless GP's in the past... not present ones. I was never assigned to my own specialist and lung clinic until 2002, I'm sure this happened because of BLF's continual work raising lung health awareness/status with GP's etc. This has made a huge difference to me so a Big Thank You Everyone at BLF.

Now, I am excited about improving lungs and joint inflamation with nutrition, food combining and raw green juices - No, not a dogmatic nutcase !... I like fish n chips too ! It's just I find it is helping me a lot, costs nothing and my crippling joint/muscle pain gone,...won't let this go.

It's amazing to see so many people here with the same breathing challenges as me. I am very pleased to meet you all.
