Hi blfmember
I think you would be better off speaking to your GP. There could be many explanations for this that may or may not be connected to your health conditions.
I agree with cc2u - googling is very tempting and i think alot of people do it but you can't always trust what is said.
Hope that helps.
Best Wishes

Hope you have seen a doc today?
Are you taking permanent steriods bifmember? they can affect the condition of the skin - they can make it thinner and more prone to damage. Hope you get it sorted. All the best x
Sounds the same as I get. In daily life my arms and hands bruise instantly (dark red) at the slightest knock and even bleed at harder ones. I can't wear a watch due to it causing a massive bruise just being there. For me it's due to my skin being thinned by steroid gel which was prescribed for my psoriasis. My GP just told me to be careful so I wear gloves and tubigrip bandages on my forearms when gardening or shifting stuff as protection. Any form of steroid will do this it seems, pills as well.
Hi Everyone, My GP told me the marks on the back of my hands and arms are caused by the regular use of Aspirin. Does anyone else know of this?
Great site - Cheers
