I started using Mullein extract a few months ago, and it really does get the mucus out!

I ordered mine through Target. They partner with other companies. The manufacturer is Horbaach. It is a Mullein Leaf liquid extract. It comes with an eyedropper, and you put the desired amount into water.

I have used it for many years. I either buy it at iHerb or Amazon. I have both liquid and capsules. One in the morning one at night. That's my personal routine.

Hello.

Mullein is a natural expectorant and generates the cough reflex.

I tried it and I didn’t stop coughing. It was exhausting so stopped.

Depending on your lung condition there are gentler methods.

Go well

Personally, I find one capsule at bed time helps for a full 24 hours and is very effective. For people who cannot tolerate Mullein, do try N-ACETYL CYSTEINE which is also very effective and perfectly safe. I studied Complementary Medicine and found it was effective even for cols and flu that produced mucus. Please be warned, I have no experience of it with below teens children, so please don't take any risks.

I believe Mullion works Iike an expectorant in that you cough up lung mucus. I tried Mullion drops in desperation a couple of years ago when I was quite poorly with infection a couple absolutely couldn't get hold of gp for antibiotics. Drops under the tongue. I have absolutely no idea if it worked but i could have done without extra coughing as have asthma.

My ex massage therapist used to add Rosemary Oil in the massage oil 'for my lungs'. But really, these things haven't been researched or tested medically.
