I guess just years of living and walking around the area ...many years ago I worked with a lady at her guest house...her name was Bergeta she picked wild edible mushrooms and sold them at a massive profit to London hotels she taught me loads 😍

It's quite a hard one to find I think because we had more rain this year it's created much more 😍

Good year for rare fungi perhaps. A tree that I have walked past several times a week for at least forty years has a cauliflower fungus growing by its root. I have only seen it once before decades ago near Wilverley NF.

I love Wilverley common ... Great place in the summer for picnics it's a good year for them as our rainfall has been rewarding let's say 😂
