So long as you aren’t diabetic I know eating pineapple can be very helpful.

My wife`s remedy is to walk further. She aims for 10,000 steps per day, about 3 km. We try to play table tennis every day and she finds that swinging her arms and all the bending up and down do loosen the muck. She also has physio 3x per week. good luck, Chris.

We have a vibrating gun, and I get my wife to play that over my back and that seems to help me if I'm gunged up and can't shift it. Also, Carbocysteine helps to thin the mucus. Are you on that?
