Got to break some awful news folks. Just heard that our lovely Carole passed on yesterday morning. Gutted. Another star gone.

This is very sad to hear. I was just wondering yesterday if Carole was home from the hospice. I didn’t know her for long but reading her messages I could tell she was a lovely woman. I hope she is at peace now and my thoughts and prayers are with her family 💐

I can't say I'm surprised as she was ill for ages but it was still a shock hearing that!

I feel so sad to hear this. I always read her posts and felt an affinity with her. I was so happy for her when she got her mobility scooter. That is so sad Bev. I know we all hoped that Carole would be home from the hospice soon and riding round on her scooter. Cofdrop and Carole so close together. I hope they are both in a better place. They will not be forgotten here. Condolences to the families. xxx

I am sure it cant be easy breaking such sad news Bev. Carole has been in my thoughts alot since her post going into the hospice as she seemed very down and didnt realise that she was so near to passing. I'm sure she is now at peace x

thank you for posting this sad news Bev. Carole was so lovely and I could feel us all willing her home from the hospice. Condolences to her family whom I’m sure are devastated. Though she was very poorly it still came as a shock Rest in peace dear Carole xx.

Such incredibly sad news, Carole was always such a fantastically supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable friend to all of us here.

And a very proud gardener, she shared some wonderful photos of her garden with us.

So sad to hear her being so low and anxious after the disappointing last few weeks at the hospice too, leaving for home with not much hope or help.
