Hi Have been told by a respiratory nurse that its fine to use Trimbow

up to 8 puffs per day if need a top up-thought that applied to Fostair not Trimbow? anyone else been given same advice?

My thoughts are the same as yours. Ring the helpline on 0300 2225800, just to check.

Hi I did call them and they confirmed not to take Trimbow more than the 4 puffs per day and that info given to us from surgery resp nurse was incorrect and could be damaging.Ventolin to be used for in between top ups. thanks again.

I take trimbow twice a day,12 hours apart...COP nurse prescribe me Fostair to "top up"ust 4 pufs a day at most. Your Trimbow instructions sound wrong to me.

I am the trimbow inhaler which I’m prescribed 2 puffs in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Hi all, I'm going to speak to my respiratory nurse on Thursday about maybe changing from portable cylinder oxygen to liquid oxygen.

What advice can anyone give me on the pro's and con's or can you have both? The portables are ok...
