It was very fresh but beautiful morning....Still got a stinking cold and have developed a cough fingers crossed I don't need anything more than Beechams honey and water .. I have a rescue pack if needed .... Grandchildren here at 1.30 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Thanks so much .. I was feeling better but its returned with a vengeance headache runny nose ... Have my grandchildren we had a walk at the beach and now we are home fires lit and hubby's paying a visit to the nearest chip shop 🙌 😀

Thanks so much lovley... not really to be honest I know it's just a cold but the headache and the inflammation is so bad .. I get an hours relief after taking Beecham but then it's back ..I have my grandchildren this weekend and we walked on the beach yesterday but it took it out of me ... I sound like I'm whining ...stopping now 😂😂😂
