Hi all does any of you get a really sickly ache in abdomen mainly first thing in the morning and if so any help or ideas how you deal with it. Thank you

HI, yes, I get this some days. I have no idea why and it's a recent development. My GP couldn't give any reason but has prescribed anti emetic tablets which I can take as needed and they have helped. It's a very unpleasant feeling.
