help to unsubscribe to another health unlocked

hi some weeks ago joined another forum thyriod uk now most of my posts are from them ,take today example out of eleven post there were only two from BLF I've tried to unsubscribe from thyriod uk trouble is when I do this BLF also gets unsubscribed,can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe one without the other

Do you mean an email you receive each day telling you about new posts? If it’s set to daily digest, it’ll only give you a selection, so the more active board will have more new posts listed in the email. Hitting unsubscribe only unsubscribes you from the email, which is why you then stop getting any updates at all. It sounds like you either need to have a look at your email settings in your healthunlocked account, or stop being a member of the thyroid group, both of which you need to do from your account page. Edited to add: or untick the tick at the top of the thyroid group to leave it.

Sorry can’t help but this is SO annoying because I have been able to leave some groups and kept others but for the life of me I can’t remember how to do it!!

REMEMBERED!! Go to the top of community and you will see a tick mark ✅. Click on it and you will get option to leave said community!!

Bevvy is right, go to the thyroid page, the tick to left of 'write' at the top will give you the option to opt out of thyroiduk then you can just go in when you feel like it

Have tried click on more go to settings scroll down to unsubcribe see if that helps thats only thing i can think of

I saw that option but was concerned this would close the entire account not just removal for a particular group.
