Oh yes! It sometimes hits mid 40s here but this is ridiculous heat and it means lindos possible to hit 55 degrees . I'll wait and see what it hits

And some. Left leg 🦵 💪 doing OK, right leg not so good, but fantastic nurses doing a great job for me. Spondylitis so very, very painful, and I don't say that lightly. Going to swallow some shortec, just below morphine in strength, go a bit stupid on it but it removes some of the pain. Sides am stupid anyway,lol

The consultant has told me that now the spine has finished fusing, am now left with chronic arthritis of the spine. Happy day's or what, lol.

Yes I know we have a joke about it, but it really is a dangerous time. You obviously cannot go anywhere in that kind of heat. I had serious problems getting out in 39 degrees, in fact I couldn't do it. Please take care and stay safe

Go out first thing in early morning Get your JD supplies in & all that cooking you been doing get out freezer ..
steep your feet in cold water during the day helps temp.
Or you could nick a couple of palms off a palm tree to fan yourself 😀

That is just ridiculous !! I was once in 44 degrees in the canaries when the hot wind was blowing over from the Sahara and remember thinking how on earth do people live in this ? but 50 /55 😱😱 Do take care Davey- no going out , no cooking , move as little as possible, no alcohol and put water on IV I really hope it doesn’t happen because if the heat doesn’t kill you the boredom will 😂🤣 Look after yourself 🙏
