A few told me as IPF progresses it would take much longer to do everyday, normal tasks.

I was sceptical!

How wrong was i, by the time i had my shower this morning, cup of tea and emptied the dishwasher it was time to go back to bed.

I know the feeling - I managed to clean nearly all the kitchen yesterday. I split it into small areas and tackle each bit at a time with a big rest in between - I have two bits to do today to finish it off! If I have the energy after getting dressed etc!!!

I know what you mean Suzie42.My mind seems to think I’m like 20 but my body feels like a very forgetful and much older person 😂😂

I thought it was just me. So glad this forum is here to tell me that others are in the same boat.

I know what you mean, I cannot even dress by myself without getting into a state without hubby coming to the rescue. It's so frustrating all my freedom has been taken away, hubby has taken over, he does the best he can but it's not the same, I just close my eyes or look the other way, I appreciate all his help, he will not accept any help offered by the hospice or the district nurse, so we will carry on. Let's enjoy the good weather we are having and keep alive the wonderful memories we have had 💐🤗
