Can I paint a bedroom with Latex water base paint ,while on Oxygen Concentrator

Apart from any possible risk with the oxygen, the paint could trigger exacerbation of symptoms with breathing, lung and airway irritation etc.
Have a look at Lakeland paint, they are odour free, non toxic and water based. They are not cheap but cover well and the lack of paint fumes is great. We chose them as I have lung issues and my partner is very sensitive to strong fumes.
I have concerns over the fact that there could be ammonia fumes. Ammonia is commonly used to dissolve latex. Check out some of the links below, then check out the paint you plan on using.
I have used Lakeland (Re Biker 88) as well and water based and do not yellow and no fumes.
