EIB/Asthma not normal symptoms

Anybody out there who has been diagnosed with Exercise induced Asthma but does not have any of the normal symptoms ie wheezing, shortness of breath or tightness of chest. I just become strained inside and my peak flow goes down to about 450.

Hiya 😊 I have read about it here somewhere. You can be diagnosed with exercise-induced asthma without a diagnosis of asthma –lots of people experiences asthma symptoms only during exercise, without having underlying asthma. If you feel uncomfortable and your peak flow goes down I would definitely have a talk with my GP it's never wrong to discuss this. You take care and stay safe and warm.
