Hi everyone hope your all keeping well. We'll yesterday was feeling positive that injection s had started to roll out. Today I wake up to the news that won't be having it if offered as it was a a allerg to medicines that caused my Stephen Johnson sydrom so that rules me out of getting back to normal as advising us not to have it. Oh well that's life. 😒😒

I know...that’s hard for people with allergies! Hopefully like corriena said, by others having it, it will eventually make it safe for you too!

I’m wanting to ask my immunologist if I’m safe to have it in immuno suppressant drugs.

Awe sweetheart that’s a blow. As I understand it the different vaccines work in different ways and hopefully that will mean some will not possess the ingredient which is preventing you from having this one. I am sooo hoping this is the case. As corriena says once the majority have the vac hopefully there will be heard immunity. Sometimes Prof Van Tam answers questions from the public and I believe he is a man of integrity.

Please let us know if you get any more info. Hoping one of them will be alright for you.

I have just seen it on news and I will have to check myself as I had a reaction to the pneumonia jab and had to be checked on every 8 hours and have so many allergies. I do however have an epipen. As I understand it it was 2 health workers who had a reaction but they are both thankfully ok now.Cx
