Does anybody know of any After care support groups following contracting CV19? I caught this the end of March 2020 & am still suffering all sorts of symptoms daily which have rendered me practically bed ridden ever since. Thank you

Thank you for this Chriskho have a good weekend xx

Hi my daughter in law was very ill with it at end of March as well. She is still suffering but not bedridden. Try googling , there was stuff on there including find your local group.

I am sorry you are still suffering. God Bless.

Thank you so much for your reply. I do hope your daughter in law recovers very quickly. I don't know why I didn't think of googling my query before I posted it, I guess I was having a senior moment (I was 60 on Monday LOL) I'm luckier thank most still breathing & survived cancer twice in my life so not too bad really. God bless you and your family too Have a great weekend x

Oh a belated Happy Birthday to you. Well I am 65 and having quite a few senior moments but probably because I am distracted by my diagnosis. It knocks you a bit. My d.i.l. Has recovered but still about 90 per cent. She tries to sit in the fresh air, do a little then rest. I know of others who are also recovering so slowly. Have you had a recent blood test? Also ask for it to include Thyroid function test. Years ago I was so lethargic , the slightest activity wore me out. Found out it was under active Thyroid!

Get your iron levels checked too.

I hope you managed to celebrate your milestone birthday. 💐
