I am finding the lack of coverage over this, in the British media, rather ominous, this is rather a big news event. Okay this a US event but all the same it is a much bigger story, as world news, than a lot of the other usual stories, like "Chinese cinemas to reopen after six months".

After doing a comprehensive world wide search I find no other reports of it, but I did find that "The White House Insider" is considered as a fake news outlet. We will have to wait and see if this is just speculative reporting or not, as The White House are accused of conducting a smear campaign against him and many journalists are expecting him to resign.

We are muddling along. The nursing home has been Covid free for the last 4 weeks, but a member of staff has just been tested as positive

As I have not yet received an Oncology Clinic appointment letter yet, I phoned the hospital up this morning and it has been confirmed that I will be having a telephone consultation on the 27th, so by that, it is looking likely that the cancer, at least, is still in remission. Obviously if there are other issues showing from the PET Scan then I will be referred back to the Respiratory Clinic. Another 10 days of wait and see is the order of the day.

to be honest, not really bothered about US news a lot is fake news and why bother if to believe you must first scan the internet to be sure its not fake.
