Feeling Nauseous?

I know this might seem a silly question, but I wonder if anyone suffers with nausea when you wake up? this has been going on for weeks now..... (NO, I am not pregnant! lol lol) It eventually passes when I have a cup of tea. Its not food related as I have my main meal at 2pm, and just a small sandwich at about 9pm Has anyone any idea what is causing this please.

Acid reflux. a sandwich at 9pm is probably not a good idea (a bit late in the evening if you have acid reflux. Have a chat with your doctor for further advice regarding your symptoms he may want to ask further questions and investigate things before committing to a diagnosis.

Could it be any medication Woofly? I remember Pete took Doxycycline once and felt nauseous so he had to eat something or have a glass of milk. Worth checking out. Xxxx

Could it be that you have alot of mucus in the morning and that is making you feel like this? If so perhaps a drink of fresh orange may help .I sometimes feel like this after breakfast, but that could be the meds as it wears off within the hour x

Agree with Bkin that it may be acid reflux. Either chat with your GP or try Nexium from a pharmacy for 2 weeks. If that helps or if it doesn’t chat with GP.
