So check what stuff you have around
And the cooling stuff you've got
Don't wait until it happens
And the hoarders get to work
They'll buy up all the fans and things
And store them with a smirk
They won't have any pity
When you sweat and gasp
As they take whatever it is
Even to the very last.

I have only just read your former post about your fall. I must have missed that one. How are you feeling now? I know you make light of things but it must have been a shock to your system. Did you have a bad dream or something, to make you jump out of your chair like that? I know when I have a nap sometimes I suddenly wake up and it takes time to come to and remember where I am
It's too cold to do anything in the garden today so I may transplant some little ones into bigger pots. I'll do it in the kitchen as the greenhouse is in a bit of a mess.
Do you grow anything Don? I remember you saying you had a long garden.

I fell out of my recliner just before eight o'clock when I remembered about the clapping planned to go on in our front gardens in appreciation of NHS and other workers. I just finished up giving myself a round of applause. 🙄

I just worked out we have exactly 1,907hrs & 30mins of our 12week isolation left! Clocks springing forward gets rid of one of those hours so thanks for reminding us of that

Me too! It’s doing my head in already and I don’t live alone, and have a nice garden, so am luckier than many. Times like this I wish I was a drinker 😜
I also don't live alone and have a garden. I really feel for everyone without a bit of personal outdoor space and those living alone.
I have already turned to the drink 😂
Already had my fan out this week in a room that was too hot with the very nice weather. It's back in the cupboard today - blooming cold again! Hope you haven't tempted fate for it to be a cool, wet summer.
