Dear all,
Sorry that I’ve not contributed for a while!!
Until the apocalypse started!!! Life was just ticking along, enjoying working 4 days, and equally enjoying 3 days off, knowing I’d deserved them because of having worked 4 days!!! January and February I had a few pj days 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’ve managed to stay well this winter so at my last check up at Harefield in January my lungs were stable at 19% and still functioning enough for me not to need daily oxygen, for which I am grateful 😀
For sports relief in March I was determined to walk around our local park and was sooooo proud of managing the 2km in 52 mins and then lock down began......
I’ve been on ‘shielded’ lock down for 10 days now!!! But so far I am keeping my spirits up. Daily jokes, giggles, chats via FaceTime What’s app etc.....
I decided to stay in London rather than Lincoln with my parents because as much as I love them I think we’d kill each other during a 12 week lockdown!!!! 🤣
So as I said in the title, thank god for my garden, I can get out and about. I am loving watching the garden ‘blossom’ and listening to the sounds of the garden.
I really do hope that when this is all over because it will finish because everything is cyclical, that the world will be a nicer place.
Love to you all, keep safe and enjoy every day ❤️💞❤️🌞🌈 xxxxx
