Being in isolation

Ester Rantzen was on the tv yesterday after the three muppets gave their press conference. She asked everyone to phone each other just to chat and to make sure they are okay. I think this is the best advice I have heard. I have spoken to people on the phone the last few days that would normally just text and it has cheered me up no end. It’s always nice to think that someone is looking out for you. Stay safe everyone.

Thank you Bernadette. I will also be speaking to my young grandchildren via FaceTime or WhatsApp video. Not the same but better than nothing. Take care. X
