Love this book and the film! I saw the actor Dai Bradley who plays Billy Casper in the film, Kes, interviewed on TV a while ago.

It was much quieter in Leeds city centre this afternoon so maybe the Yorkshire people aren’t as blasé as we think.

Got quite worried that I was being a bit reckless in venturing down there myself especially when the lady sitting next to me on the bus started coughing.

I coughed all morning but was desperate to go shopping just to get out the house . I was desperate too to stop coughing as I was sure I would get some very odd and angry stares if I coughed in the supermarket especially as I'm wheezing and struggling to walk . I was wearing my oxygen too so that didn't help me look better lol. However I needn't have worried as everyone was kind. 😊
