I, along with everyone else, am obviously very concerned about catching coronavirus. I found this article and was actually quite comforted because although our risks are higher of needing ICU care (2.6 fold) and death (6.3%) than those without COPD (fatality rate 0.9%), it actually isn’t as bad as I imagined. It does mean that 93.7% of patients with COPD in the Chinese study survived. Obviously there are other factors such as age/other conditions but you might like to have a read.
