Thinking of getting an ioniser any tips would be appreciated ,as im quite confused if they help with Emphysema/Asthma .

Ionisers produce o3 (ozone), which is a pollutant/poison and very bad for breathing.

I must start using my salt lamp again. I used to put it on every evening but haven't done for several months.
