Hello rossiedavid. There should be copies available in Boots or any pharmacy or health centre. Alternatively you can go online to CHSS or BLF and request one or more, Remember they are free.

Just ordered a copy. They are out of the COPD one at the moment. I also ordered an exercise book for 5 pounds as I think it will be useful. Thanks for letting us know about this.
