Hopefully we will soon be seeing "Henry" a semi-tame Heron who patrols a certain riverside pub on the Broads and clears up the food scraps from the outside tables.
Which of your photos do I love the most? The bluebell woods or the heron? ....the heron just nudges into the lead. Again I've got to say you are very talented and have shared some wonderful sights with us. Thank you!

Cracking photo of a grey heron, thanks for posting.
I often see one from my bedroom window raiding a neighbours fish pond. He really should have caught on to put netting over it by now, but I'm glad he hasn't as it would spoil the entertainment.
Haha. Well, I figure that while the heron is helping herself (i'm sure it is a female) with the easy option, she is not getting some other bird's babies, therefore my neighbour is doing his bit to conserve nature without upsetting the eco balance too much.
