I feel blurgh

I’ve currently got a chest infection which we all know is bad enough. This morning I have woken up with really bad sore throat and running nose.

Has to change my bed as my pup was sick on it while changing the bed I managed to somehow have a fall. I fell backwards and hurt my hip it is not my day.
