Wot stage copd am i

I'm 44 aged female my ratio of breathing test is 66 percent I have copd and asthma one doc told me I'm moderate 2 severe COPD 4my age is this true thanks 4 Ur help

I’d say you’re mild if barely moderate. Take care of your health and you’ll have years ahead of you!

When first diagnosed I was around 55%. I stopped smoking and started exercising and my figures improved to around your level. My Consultant stated that I had a good chance of a normal lifespan. If you look after yourself and lead a good lifestyle you should slow any progression.

I have had 3 admissions last year 2 hsop with flare ups hav had pnemonia 6times and plursy once doct Def told me I'm moderate 2 severe 4 my age

If my breathing was 66 I’d be dancing around the kitchen start getting concerned. When it gets to 28 but if you have stopped smoking you should be fine
