A Massive Thank you to all the lovely people who sent me a message in reply to my post

I feel so much better & relieved that what I am going through is understandable & that I am not alone as others are the same... I’ve learned how fortunate I am & that there are some members who are not so lucky but are supportive & caring to others This makes me feel very humble & in awe of their courage

This is a very supportive group of people who understand newbies like me asking questions and can reassure us that we are not alone

I am so glad I found this group & I hope we all have a better year in 2019 with our health
