Gosh what a dark haired beauty,does that mean you are a grandaunty several times over my Happy friend,they seem to keep on coming?if the apartment is still in the throws of building work now is a good time to throw a festive party,Bea i am told is a dab hand with a cocktail shaker and Aria will provide the purrfectly created tuna canapes and assorted vol au vents for your chosen guests.

Oh "cute"," beautiful ", I could give you so many adjectives for our newly born babes. You are truly blessed,and if skischool is correct and you are indeed throwing a party.....are we all invited.(yes I do realise you're not in the UK,but its the idea of a party where we will all get together?)

Thank you π Have a lovely New Year too. I am coming to England to see the family on January 3rd and letting them finish the flat, honestly it will take another month once they get back to work on the 7th and I have had enough of sleeping on the living-room settee π

Hello Fran Hope your visit to England & your family goes well. Don't forget the umbrella & winter woolies the weather here is so up and down. I start back to my group on the 2nd got quite a busy month in January including a short break to Alveston near Nantwich. Plus a Birthday party or two. And a few official meetings, however today my Gout has flared a bit so walking is a struggle. If it gets any worse will have to see the GP early next week or just after NY day. Only just picked up my prescription which is overdue because the computor says no 
it is because I was on holiday in November so picked it up afterwards as they won't allow me to have it early. Nothing ever goes right but it is partially sorted till my next holiday in a few weeks. Good job I keep an emergency spare inhaler and can get paracetamol from the chemist without a prescription in emergency. Will say bye for now as I am sure you are busy getting ready for your trip next week . Love Kate xx Ps save journey over

Thank you for your message. I have started packing my case, trying to fit in presents among woolies π while keeping it light, two trains, changing over stations. And I have a bag full of meds etc..
Which group are you starting on the 2nd?
Nice to take a break and keep active.
I didnβt know you had gout, Dad had gout, yes it is very painful no chocolates over New Year then πno spinach nor tomatoes or watercress and rocket. They used to give him colchicine.
I am glad you got your emergency inhaler.

Its my widows group that starts back on 2nd we meet at a church in city centre every wednesday for coffee and chat. Then Saturday we will be watching a film together. My other group is a campaigning group to get better conditions for older people we start back on the 8th.
Travelling overland to visit family , long journey .
Mushrooms are another no no with gout. I drink Cherry juice but they kid me on and say its wine.I am allergic to Colchicine so can only have painkillers for a month as NSAIDs are a no no with Asthma. Nothing straight forward.Anyway have a safe journey best wishes for a more cosy new year in your revamped flat. Love Kate xx

How difficult to be allergic to Colchicine! So strong though Dad had awful side effects.
Well enjoy the cherry juice. Must be a diuretic..How about Cranberry??

over the holidays, white wine or champagne donβt agree with me anymore.
Yes it is never straight forward when you have several ailments just trial and error I think.
