A nasal gel...I am on oxygen when exerting/walking, or 15/24. I use Ayr brand. Helps. Jan

Hi there, I have nasal problems caused by Shogrens disease, my nose gets red raw inside and painful to clean. I use Nasobec Aqueous, from the gp, I think some of the over the counter drugs are great but because it's a continuous problem they don't seem to heal aswell as this one does for me.

Know how you feel my nose becomes so dry inside tend to use a cotton bub and water just to west it. I do in the evenings sit down and take off my cannula off. And when I go to bed I use one of those v shaped pillows to keep me upright which helps. Hope you find some kind of relief soon.

I was advised to use a tiny amount of KY Jelly on the prongs of my cannula which does deem to help me a lot if the inside of the nose is really sore they can prescribe an antibiotic cream which is really good.
