Fitness Bands Watches .... Not For The Dieased Or Nurotic

Of LATE have 🐝 been trialing fitness’s band sports watch.

As well as having stagnent alert 🚨 one have been testing measures blood pressure and heart rate and Spo2 as well as sleep 🛏 monitoring.

Was going well but did find could make you nurotic even worry tad more than usual.

But on a hole was great to see all sats in one place.

As to accurate WELL am still here so must be plus plus even tho my activity sucked.

Best ones measure ppg and ecg I have found.

Needless to say mine is in a draw till my mind is tad more settled.

So been having fun with photo shop stuff’s

Hi sassy it’s amazing what bit lipstick 💄 and foundation can do

As to hair that’s frazzle look 👀 but only can get that if diseased lol

It would be interesting to know some things like how much exercise i do, or if I’ve been sitting too long, but I don’t think I’d want to know everything about me either. Definitely stick with photoshop for now, that look is awesome 😎

I find that its good to take a break from the monitoring every so often. (As long as it's ok with the docs, etc.) It helps you gain perspective by relying on your body, rather than a band, to tell you how you're doing. I get a little sad when I think I've slept well and the monitor tells me otherwise but I've learned to take that info with a grain of salt.
