If it is a new symptom then the best advice would be to get it checked over by your GP. There are Gastic tract problems related to COPD but there could be many other reasons from medications to diet and munerous other causes related to age. Best checked out by a doctor.

People tend to associate some problems with COPD. I like to eliminate other causes first.

Some doctors say acid reflux stomach pains. Associated with. C. O. P. D
