A song about COPD.

What a difference a day made

Twenty-four little hours

Brought the sun and the flowers

Where there used to be rain

My yesterday was blue, dear

Today I'm a part of you, dear

My lovely nights are through, dear

Since you became mine

Lord, what a difference a day makes.

There's a black cloud above me.

Skies are all stormy

Since those days of bliss

Those that I miss.

I'm coughing and spluttering

Please help me I'm muttering.

What a difference a day made

And that difference is you.

With apologises to song writer Maria Grever.

We all seem to be in a nostalgic mood lately old films and songs. That was a lovely one Don with your own touch to it .Take care, Sheila x

I was doing quite well on my antibiotics and steroids which seem to be doing their job and working okay as they always have in the past. But once the steroids were finished, within a day, it all started going pear shaped and I started going down hill. That’s when the old song came to mind. 🙄
