Confused
I am so sorry that this has happened to you as well, in the same week too. I can really understand what you are going through, in your mind, you have to stay strong or it will drive you insane and the anxiety will make your breathing so much worse.
Tip, make sure you have your rescue inhaler next to your bed at night.
Last night this week's events entered my dreams and for the first time in two years I had a panic attack, in my sleep! I woke up really struggling to breath and had to use my rescue inhaler to get back on an even keel.
I have sent a message to you.
To two greys, fortunately I can handle anxiety have had fleeting episodes but dismiss out of mind or think of something else only happened while in bed? I remember someone at hospital going to put you on a couple of inhalers I assume this to do with op, thanks for your support your allways there. Will keep in touch.
I had successful lung op with epidural and sedatives, with no problem. All best wishes and best of luck x
