Blue badge
Yes I saw that on my phone this morning. Good to see you poems. Xxxx
Thank you poemsgalore, I was just about to post about this having read it in my local newspaper. It's is supposed to take in hidden disabilities of which there are many including the two you mention. Hope you are keeping well xx
Several years ago my brother was awarded a blue badge due to his dementia and the fact that he needed assistance to get in and out of cars. I think it all depends where you live.
think its long overdue.
fair play
so pleased the BB has been extended but what about those of us who has had their badge denied (after having one since 1982) on the basis, it seems on one interview and on a day when I didn't have too much trouble walking this magic 40 yards. As we know asthma can be an episodic condition. Any comments will be gratefully received as to how to go about an appeal.
