cause of pulmonary fibrosis

it's come to my attention that a lot of the people i know who have pulmonary fibrosis were diagnosed at some stage of their life (early or later), however i was born with it.

So i'd just like to ask, with all of you who have pulmonary fibrosis, were you born with it or diagnosed in childhood or later on?
