Call 111 but i have done this with no ill affects. I swallowed my spariva. Dont forget you still need to take your inhaled medicine. Try not to worry alot of us have done this 😉

I've come within spitting distance of swallowing mine too - where are our heads??? when I saw that so many people have swallwed them with no ill effect I stopped worrying!
