What is an oximetry please is it like a nebuliser, probably sound stupid but just thought I'd ask. X

An oximeter sits on your finger to read your oxygen levels and heart rate. There is nothing stupid about not knowing. It is where we all start from.

Hi, please never think any question is stupid, knowledge is power especially with managing health.

Always ask and remember that firstly if you don’t know then there will be others who won’t too, and secondly you won’t be judged or anything here for asking.

I try and work on the assumption I am pretty ‘average’ in knowledge of stuff and if I am wondering something then others will too.

Usually works out and anyway now I’m an old grandpa my family think I am losing the plot anyway haha.
