Hi nanagaga I have just had an assessment for esa I waited a month for result but passed it thankfully, my pip is still the same. Why dont you give them a call and take it further. I went to age concern and they are brilliant.
I had an ESA re assessment recently, it was re awarded without the need for a medical. I claimed PIP, but was only awarded low rate Mobility, this is currently being appealed, I am 5 weeks into a 30 week waiting listing apparently. My FEV1 is at 18% could be 15 by time this gets sorted
Hi Missy.....same thing has happened to me, I was on the enhanced rate due to my COPD.....it has detiorated since I was assessed 2 years ago and am now now on oxygen, it's been drastically reduced to the lowest rate, low mobility, completely removed the daily living component.......my daughter is currently composing a letter to be sent ASAP!.... what is going on? FEV1 18%? That's low....mine is 35% and I struggle!....hope you get a favourable and more humane resolution Missy.....I think it's happened to a lot of us....best regards x
