COPD can get you down.
And can often cause a frown.
But it's far better by a mile
If you can turn that into a smile.

I discovered today that I'm dehydrated because of not drinking enough fluids, blood pressure 84/60. I said to the nurse that can't be right I'm always drinking tea, apparently it's not the same as drinking watery drinks. All the years I've been drinking tea, I was raised on it. Anyone else surprised by this?
Not really surprised. I love tea but I don't see it as a thirst quencher in the same way as water. I used to forget to drink enough and came up with the idea of a glass in the bathroom and always drink at least as much as I pee. TMI?
I don't really like cold drinks don, I have between four to five cups of tea before thinking of getting washed and dressed lol. My hubby always laughs at me in the morning saying "come on, I have other things to do after getting you sorted you know.i am a tea addict. ✋️😊
