Has anyone tried cannabis oil for anxiety with copd, it seems co come on quickly for no apparent reason which in turn makes me very short of breath.

I have been told there are two or more types of plant to make the oil one is for helping you relax thus helps with anxiety but if it’s the wrong type it could make it worse paranoid etc, I’m sure someone on the site will know all about it but wether they reply is another matter as it is illegal, in uk but in America it’s legal in over 20 states and helps so many different illness copd being one which is amazing, as always the uk will be last, pity they weren’t the last to allow cigarette production , !! , I’m suffering terrible with anxiety at the moment so il follow your post for tips, all I know is never panic, easier said than done when you can’t breathe, good luck deep breaths long and slow 🤪xx

There are 2 types. THC oil, which is the one that if you take enough of makes you high, so of course that is illegal here, it is also the one most take for pain relief. The second is CBD hemp oil, which doesn’t make you high so is legal here, but there are varying reviews of whether this does any good or not. If you do want to get any CBD oil just make sure you look into it first and buy from reputable sellers. I know anxiety can be debilitating, have you talked to your doctor about it, maybe they can help?

You can get them in capsules or a spray form that you spray under the tongue.

San as people on this site have already said it is not legal here but i know someone with your condition who does take it at nigh They said it helps them sleep as it is good for inflammation
