Been really run down and have a cold that doesn’t want to leave me. Just not breathing well. Started my steroids again and in three days began feeling so much better. Even my heart rate improved during exercise. That surprised both myself and my cardio instructor. Thank goodness for the little things!!!

Good to hear you are feeling so much Better I just cant cope when my Breathing really Bad cant motivate myself feel so scared so well done you for excercising .
