Doubt very much you'll get anything in the U.S. Unless you're a U.S. Citizen. If you're thinking of travelling there ensure you have good insurance, healthcare is hellishly expensive.

Sorry, I've absolutely no idea. I do know that there's great hardship in the U.S. Poor people who cannot afford health insurance. Much worse than here.
