How to get a static oxygen concentrator for rental?

Hello, my dad uses an oxygen concentrator at night time and he's planning to come to the UK to visit his grand children for 2-3 weeks. He leaves in a non-EU country and the flight will take around 16 hours. So I've been trying to find out how to rent one of those static (compact) ones for his stay during night time as we think the one he uses in his country is quite heavy to carry on the plane and I'm not sure if it'll be allowed. He'll bring his portable one though for the flight and day time here when we go out.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation? Any suggestions on where to look for cheap options or alternatives?

I have one for sale at £350 it is a portable one but has no battery so only works from the mains electric - I bought it for exactly the same reason just to use overnight on holiday - as I will not be having anymore holidays abroad I am looking to sell it.
