Confusion? It rains.

So many times I start a task

I think won't take too long.

Then I see something interesting

Which intends to prove me wrong

It's nowt to do with anything

Of what I had in mind.

Probably on a subject

Of a vastly different kind.

I turn to Mr Google

To see what he does say.

But then I see this other thing

That happened back in May.

I didn't know where that was

So I switch to see the map.

Oh I see that's very near

To where I met this chap.

I promised that I'd write to him

I'd better see to that.

But first a walk to clear my head

I'll go and get my hat.

Hi Don ny poor Labrador is getting that way too he is 14 or is he 15 I forget , but he forgets he has been fed but knowing labs and ther love of food it’s. Maybe his crafty way of trying to get another dinner xx

My cats do their own walks,for which I am profoundly glad. They try to follow me though if they're in the garden and see me leaving the house.

For some reason this poem reminds me of that comedy sketch where the punch line was always, 'I'll get my coat'. Don't worry, we're all befuddled and procrastinators We''ll put it down to lack of oxygen
