Please can you tell me do mucodyne capsules 375mg make you cough ?

Hi Mjpa. The capsules should not make you cough but are designed to thin the mucus so that coughing makes it easier to bring up.

mine do not and the quantity I take (2 x 3 or 4 a day depend on how congested i feel

I've taken it for years now and it doesn't make me cough.

I have been taken them for a year now, and no longer cough, but I used to.

They made my cough appear worse when I first started taking them as I think they were loosening all the mucus but once I'd been on them a while it improved.

I'm exactly the same but only started them today. Looking forward to 'hopefully' not coughing. How long until you improved?

I was coughing myself sick (literally) before I was put on these. Didn't stop the coughing but did make it productive and helped clear out the lungs and so reduced the amount of coughing overall.
