I have copd but in the last 2-3 weeks I have bin diagnosed with I B S

IBS affects people in different ways .Some get constipated and pain and others have the runs. As it mainly diet related you have to trial the food to see what affects you most and cut it out your diet there's no fast cure I'm afraid it's tolerance .Stress can also bring on episodes but if you look up FODMAP diet that may give you some ideas to help you xxx

Morning Dave, hubby Pete takes Colofac prescribed by our GP. He has to avoid broccoli and fried onions. As Angie says everyone is different so your GP shoujd be able to help. Take care xxx
